The "Association of Owners of furnished apartments" of Saint-Gervais Le Fayet is a non-profit association. It meets the criteria of the 1901 law.
It is run by a few volunteer owners.
Its vocation is to promote the furnished apartments of its members, while limiting the number of intermediaries, and thus to ensure an excellent price-quality ratio.
As soon as the reservation is confirmed, the tenants are put in contact with our members, owners of furnished apartments. It is up to them to give the tenants all the information they need for a good stay and to ensure that arrival and departure formalities are carried out without any problems.
The apartments promoted by the Association on this site are classified as "Furnished for tourism" according to a star rating by an approved organisation.
Our secretariat is obviously available to answer questions of future tenants, as well as the concerns of our members.
