Description of the accommodation

Charming and quiet flat for 4 people on the 1st half floor in a chalet type residence, at the entrance of the village and close to all amenities.  Private parking (barrier with code).

PANORAMIC view on the ARAVIS mountain range and the Pointe de WARENS, tiled balcony with garden furniture, tiles in all rooms.  Close to the little rack train station which takes you in summer to the HOUCHES side for family hikes or to climb the Mont Blanc.  In winter, you can ski or snowshoe. You will find restaurants at altitude.

APARTMENT including :

  • 1 Living room with sofa bed Rapido in 140.  Excellent bedding.
  • 1 bedroom-cabin with window, double bed with recent bed base and mattress.
  • 1 mountain corner in the entrance, with 1 single bed.
  • Each bed is fitted with a plastic sheet and a cotton sheet.
  • 1 storage space for luggage.  A large cupboard in the entrance with wardrobe, drawers for duvets.
  • In the drawers, you'll find duvets, blankets and pillows with pillowcases.
  • 1 translucent door to separate the mountain area.


BATHROOM with window, bathtub with safety glass shower screen.  Electric towel warmer.
Separate toilet.

SKI BOX on the landing of the flat.

EQUIPMENT :
Wifi internet.  Electrical adapter for foreign plugs.  Dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, mini oven, flat screen TV, raclette machine, fondue machine.  Electric kettle and coffee maker, electric grater, hoover, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

At the bottom of the Residence, a free shuttle bus, "le Facilibus", takes you to the gondolas that go up to the Grand Domaine skiable de Saint Gervais "EVASION MONT BLANC" 445 km of pistes. You will find, ESF, snow nursery, alpine and cross-country ski guides and fast food.
The free "Facilibus" shuttle bus also takes you to visit the heritage of Saint Gervais Mont Blanc.
On the outskirts of the town, a large sports centre, heated indoor swimming pool, tennis, mini-golf, ice rink, etc...

Contact the Tourist Office for the timetable of the shuttle bus from the spa to Le Fayet.
