Description of the accommodation

Charming and quiet flat for 4 people on the 1st (half floor) in a chalet type residence, at the entrance of the village and close to all amenities. Private parking (barrier with code).

PANORAMIC view on the ARAVIS mountain range and the Pointe de WARENS, tiled balcony with garden furniture, tiles in all rooms. Close to the little rack train station which takes you in summer to the HOUCHES side for family hikes or to climb the Mont Blanc. In winter, you can ski or snowshoe. You will find a restaurant at altitude.

1 Living room with sofa bed Rapido in 140. Excellent bedding.
1 bedroom-cabin with window, double bed with recent bed base and mattress.
1 mountain corner in the entrance, with 1 single bed.

At the bottom of the Residence, a free shuttle bus, "le Facilibus", takes you to the gondolas that go up to the Grand Domaine skiable de Saint Gervais "EVASION MONT BLANC" 445 km of pistes. You will find, ESF, snow nursery, alpine and cross-country ski guides and fast food.
The free "Facilibus" shuttle bus also takes you to visit the heritage of Saint Gervais Mont Blanc.
On the outskirts of the town, a large sports centre, heated indoor swimming pool, tennis, mini-golf, ice rink, etc...
