Description of the accommodation

You will have a chalet of more than 100 sqm on two levels located in the centre of the resort (150 metres behind the church).
Good exposure, quiet in a dead-end street, all comfort, complete equipment from champagne flute to baby mill etc. .....

Equipped with 10 beds and possibility to rent linen (ask the owner).
On the ground floor, 1 main room with dining area and two sitting areas, kitchen, bedroom with 1.60 m bed, bathroom with toilet, and shoe room.
On the first floor, mezzanine bedroom with a 1.40 m bed, 1 bedroom with 1.60 m bed, 1 bedroom with 1.40 m bed and 2 bunk beds of 0.90 m.  One bathroom and separate toilet.

The free shuttle bus, 200 metres from the house, will drop you off at the start of the cable car, so there is no need to look for a place at the back of the car park.
In summer and winter, you will have garden furniture at your disposal.

Very quiet in a dead-end street, everyone can find a quiet corner in the chalet to read, write or play.
The proximity of the town centre (200 metres) allows everyone to be independent, young and old alike, no need for a car.

This family home will allow you to take full advantage of the entertainment and activities offered by the resort of St Gervais.

Chalet accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Special rental "Curists" (Spa treatments)

This chalet can be rented to curists under the following conditions :

  • Maximum 2 persons.
  • Mandatory rental of a 3 weeks stay to be fixed between 04 May and 29 June 2024 and between 31 August and 19 October 2024.
  • Price : 960,00 € for the 3 weeks.
